Customized open bit forging introduction
Forging is a metal process in which a heated metal billet or ingot is placed in to a forging press and then hammered, pressed, or squeezed with great force to shape it into a desired form. Forging can produce parts that are stronger and more double than those made by other method such as casting or machining.
A forging part is a component or part produced by the forging process. Forging parts can be found in many industries including aerospace, automotive, construction, manufacturing, and defense. Examples of forging parts include gears. Crankshafts, connecting rods. Bearing shells, bit sub and axles.
