Electric furnace smelting and vacuum degassing techniques are employed during the production of steel ingots. Forging is carried out using hydraulic or water pressure machines, with a forging ratio greater than 3:1. The grain size of our products is maintained at 5 or better, guaranteeing optimal performance. To ensure cleanliness, average inclusion content is tested according to ASTM E45 method A or C. Ultrasonic testing, following the procedures specified in ASTM A587, is conducted using both direct and angled beams to detect any flaws accurately.
