September was the first reading party of Welong after the revision. The company specially held a mobilization meeting. After the explanation and consensus of the host, some people were curious and others were expecting, and everyone was in high spirits and actively engaged in it.
In the first week, everyone submitted a lot of core harvest, detailed reading notes, and refined ideas with novel and broad thinking space.
In the second week, reading improvement and self-reflection vary from person to person, and each person makes a targeted in-depth analysis of themselves and puts forward improvement plans and completion time.
Entering the third week, the team consensus meeting was undoubtedly the most wonderful. There were six members in a large group and four members in a small group. Everyone expressed their opinions and elaborated their views in detail.
In the fourth week of the sharing meeting, the selected group leader will give a presentation on the stage. The group leader will introduce his or her team members, explain the learning points and improvement plans of each group member, share the highlights of the team discussion, and make a summary speech.
Finally, Wendy will share the conclusion and summarize the implementation plan. Finally, we will vote for the best team and award the prize! The first reading ended with applause.
