Welong welcomes the coming Mid-Year Meeting in July 2022. Welong team members will gather on the top of the QingHua Mountains, to learn and think in the nature.
There are two topics in this meeting. The first is to summarize and feedback the new value system of the company, and another is to commend and reward outstanding performance in the first half of 2022.
The meeting officially started and teacher of our values system explained in detail the consensus that the Welong family needs to reach in this meeting, and reviewed how each member personally practiced the Welong values system in the over past one year. The meeting was discussed by groups and written words were formed. All members need to reach an agreement.
The second topic was definitely an eye-catcher. The winners of the company’s performance champion, runner-up and third runner-up were announced one by one. General Manager Wendy presents the awards to all winners. Everyone congratulated the winners with a warm applause.
The positive significance of the meeting is as follows:
1. It provides us to communicate with each other, share work experience, promote communication and cooperation within the team, and enhance team cohesion.
2. Through discussion, we think about how to improve work efficiency, optimize work flow and reduce repetitive work, so as to improve overall efficiency.
3. Timely identify the problems encountered by the team in our work and carry out solution measures to improve the quality and efficiency of work.
4. Not only can make new colleagues understand and become familiar with the Welong’s new policies, goals and plans, they can also understand the company’s development strategies and goals and make appropriate preparations and adjustments.
5. The mid-year meeting gives employees the opportunity of expressing their opinions and suggestions, thus increasing their voice and participation and enhancing their sense of belonging and pride.
